The Ten Penners are super excited to be launching our new young readers’ anthology ~ ‘Mystery, Mayhem & Magic.’ There’s something on every page to delight and enthral all readers … young and old.
‘Plinko’ was inspired by my interest in all things astronomical … from planets to suns and constellations. When I was teaching, I found the children enjoyed creating models of the planets, asteroids and moons. Along with me, they loved learning about our Solar System and beyond. ‘Plinko’ will integrate into Science lessons on Space. And it’s cute!
‘Birch the Dinosaur and the Bogan Dinosaurs’ is a tribute to my son David and his two dogs ~ Bonnie Lass and Wee Jock. They all live in Tasmania in a huge vegetable garden (with a small house attached, of course). I think this is my favourite story from those I’ve written. I wonder which will be yours?
